Set up User in Collaborative Planning
1. Manually create the user in Collaborative Planning (using same username as in ERP)
I only entered username, password and responsibility Supply Chain Collaboration Planner. Left the other fields blank.
2. Run Data Collection with the following parameters:
>Purge Previously Collected Data = No
>Collection Method = Target Refresh
>User Company Association = Create Users and Enable User Company Association
I tried this many times but I cannot see any effect of running the Data Collection. Can anybody explain this to me? What is the indicator that step 2 worked?
