Setting up user for OEM agent

Hello,

I am installing OEM 12c agent software onto a Windows 2003 R2 server. The documentation on user permissions was sketchy and so I convinced the system admins to grant me admin group to do the install. Now that its installed they of course have taken away the admin access. I find that I can run everything except RMAN. Is there a definitive document on windows user setup that DETAILS the user requirements for the GRID12c agent on the windows platform. They will not change any settings without this documentation.
