R12.1.1 : Rollup patch required for version R12.1.1 to R12.1.3

Hi,
Team We are currently in Oracle version 12.1.1 .
We have been facing lots of issue in Invoice Accounting, Projects, Grants Accounting and in GL so we want upgrade from version 12.1.1 to version 12.1.3,
Please suggest the roll up patches for the  below modules to upgrade versions to R12.1.3

Oracle Payables, Oracle Grants Accounting, Oracle Projects, Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Public Sector Budgeting, Oracle Fixed Assets and Oracle Cash Managment.
