Problem with Requisition Import wehn using Global ASL

Hi,

Before running Requisition Import (I have automatic release creating program running followed by Req Import), I pass the following details to Req Import Interface:

                    Item, Blanket PO, Blanket Line Number and Vendor Details, etc

Item is ASL enabled and there is a Global ASL defined for the item(with release creation "Automatic Release). 

Req Import Completes successful but when I see the requisition created, it doesn't have the blanket agreement reference in it. 

Requisitions and releases are successfully created when there is NO ASL or LOCAL ASL defined. The only problem here is with GLOBAL ASL.

I think, I am missing something in setup, not able to figure out though. Thanks in Advance.
