How to restrict the item appearing in the purchase order ,Purchase requisition based on the operatin

 Hi All,
I have a requirement as follows.

When i am creating a purchase order or the purchase requisition ,When i select the operating unit at the header level ,i want to see only the item relevant to that particular organization.Is this possible?
