Can we create a WIP job automatically?

We have third party toll called Servigistics which created demands on parts required on WIP job and also created IR/ISO(with help of Oracle API's) to move items from one Inv Org to another.

On similar input, we want to create WIP job automatically.

Do we have any process about it?
