Support for E-Business Suite in a Virtualized Environment

My Oracle Support note #794016.1 discusses Oracle's support for E-Business Suite in virtualized environments. The note states "This statement of support covers the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications product, which includes as part of its distribution other Oracle products such as the Oracle Database (10g, 11g) as well as Fusion Middleware (10g)."

As part of our 11.5.10.2 E-Business Suite environment, we are running version 9 (1.0.2.2.2) Oracle Application Server and version 11g Oracle database. Version 1.0.2.2.2 Oracle Application Server is certified with E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2. My question is: Is version 9 (1.0.2.2.2) of the Oracle Appliation Server also included as "not certified but supported" in a virtualized environment as described in
