Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

receipt details become not updatable after r12 upgrade

We have just done a R12 upgrade

are finding the following:

* in the receipt history form i am not able to add a note to the text field for manual or automatic receipts after R12 upgrade

* also not able to change the customer for unapplied receipts - was able in 11i

any comments?
