Create releases process automaticallu creates the releases with the total amount less than Minimum Release Amount in BPA. In the ASL Setup, the release generation method is "Automatic Release/Review". We have scheduled the create releases program for every 15 minutes, so this program will pick the approved requisitions and creates the new releases in Incomplete status. Once the release is created and the release total is less than minimum release amount, it wis not allowing buyer to submit the release for approval, throws error - Release Total Amount is less than Minimum Release Amount (PO AME Approval workflow is getting used for this release approval).
