Hello Experts

I have a query on Document Type Layout, is that a concurrent program? How can I see the code behid this?

We have a PO with approved status and when trying to view PDF, ship to location, project details are missing in the PDF, this is happening only for one PO. I checked the ship to location on PO and it looks fine and got struck now with no ideas on trouble shooting

We are in R12.1.2
