EBS front end web login with http 500 error

We are using EBS 12.1.3

I have just applied April CPU to the patch instance. After the patch, the application started fine. But now, it doesn't seem to work.

adstrtal.sh started with no error. But when I type the link to the browser, I am getting the http 500 page cannot be displayed error.

Where should I go about start to investigate this? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
