Hi,
Error when apply Patch 16009572: R12.1: ORACLE IRECEIVABLES (OIR) - Latin American Spanish:
FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker  1

I use the AD Controller Menu, but the patch does not install

* Adpatch 16009572:R12.OIR.B (ESA)

* Error when apply Patch 16009572:R12.OIR.B (ESA):            
FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker  1.

* Using "adctrl", for  restart a failed job
    1  Run       AutoPatch R120     XLIFFLoader.class           Fixed, restart

But the error persists
