HOW ARE SERVICE REQUEST NUMBERS GENERATED IN CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B

 HOW ARE SERVICE REQUEST NUMBERS GENERATED IN CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B when I raise a SR via the front end and when I raise the SR using API ?
At present we have service request number which start with 3(ex 348778) and we are looking to for SR numbers to begin with 6(ex: 60001,60002,60003..and so on)

Oracle E-Business Suite > Service > Oracle Tele service > Service Request Form > Create Service Request

Version :11.5.10.2
