Trying to find BUG related information in patch p12973216_1036_Generic.zip

 Hi
      We downloaded a patch p12973216_1036_Generic.zip an year back which was a fix for some JNDI errors in the weblogic logs. I am trying to download the same patch from the oracle support site and could not find it. How do i find it or atlest how could i get infomation related to what is fixed in this patch?
