Availability of CRM Desktop Knowledge Base
We are facing lots of problems in accessing the knowledge base for CRM Desktop. Not sure whether others are also facings the below mentioned issues are not.
- My project I have only Oracle CRM D bookshelf. typically this is not the latest one
- My raised JIRA for which I already know the solutions
In case of any issue either I need to refer old CRM D Oracle book shelf or raised JIRA & SR.
Both are slow and even not getting gunshot solutions in most of the cases.
Not sure why iCRM did not share the JIRA knowledge base like MOS knowledge base.
