Applying patch 12876017 and its pre-req patch 9139806 results in many invalid PLLs

Applied pre req   patch 9139806 and adpatch and adworker logs has errors...
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource APPCORE.pll
au resource FNDSQF.pll
au resource AKOBJNAV.pll
au resource ALRLIB.pll
au resource ARTACCAG.pll
au resource ARTADEDL.pll
au resource ARTASPST.pll

There are several dozens more for inv, ben, bom, jtf and so on.

Temporarily resetting FORMS60_PATH to:
