Transferring Oracle Database 10g

Hello All,I am planning to transfer an existing Oracle Database 10g (10.2.0.4) from Windows XP to Windows Server 2003.  What is the best method to accomplish this task?  Also, what are some items that I need to watch out for? I appreciate any suggestions and/or instructions you have to provide.  Thank you!
