PO output for Communication - signature & Terms and Condition

I am new with XSL-FO.  I have an assignment to modify the seeded PO output for communication xsl-fo stylesheet.  I made a copy of it and modified from the copy.  I need to add buyer's signature to it and also add our Terms and Condition.  Can anyone give me some advise on where should I add the buyer's signature?

I saw several notes about Terms and Condition from Procurrement blog. I followed notes 179932.1 and 267443.1 to setup the profile options on the PO file path, PO T&C file name and make sure the directory is in the utl_file_dir which is $APPLCSF/temp.
