While creating requisition, receive: "Error: Cannot Display Page"

Hi All-

One of our users intermittently receives the above referenced error, although there appears to be no ryhme nor reason as to how or when it occurs. She is the only user reporting this issue, so I don't think we're in patch territory, but here's what happens:

While creating a requisition, she clicks on the flashlight icon to display a list of values for one of the fields. The issue randomly occurs with different LOV icons.

Most of the time the pop up window delivers the expected window allowing her to search the LOV

Approximately 20% of the time, she gets a window with the following error (see below)
