Project integration with eAM

 Hi,
Is it possible to associate project to a work order, if we have license of Project costing and project management but we don't have project manufacturing?
Is project manufacturing required for integration of Maintenance work order with project or we can do this integration even without project manufacturing?

I have created a project using project costing but no project is found under the Project LOV at work order form.
