WIP Personalization

Hi,
I did one personalization which will restrict user to create new Discrete job for Assembly if More than 2 Discrete Jobs are already open for the same assembly.
Now consider there are 2 Open discrete jobs in the system & if I query any Discrete job out of these 2, personalization considers this as new job & doesnt allow me to navigate to any field for this job.
Any ideas how to avoid this?
