IRM fails

IRM fails with the below error after clicking start. Uploaded the logs.  As per the log "repimexp(006)" there is no such file "IRM_PRIOR_CUST.dat" exits under \8.1\Tools_1\temp\

I have copied the prior customer repository (exported existing Siebel Repository and renamed as IRM_PRIOR_CUST.dat )  to this place Tools\temp but still fails with the same error.

  Can you let me know what could be the issue.
