Customer specfic manifest Patch on Linux failing with adrelink errors

Hi Team,


Customer is trying to migrate 11.2.0.3 db and 11.5.10.2 apps from Solaris to RHEL 5. The customer specific manifest patch 17057176 gives error while relinking.It gives error like below for all modules :


/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsql
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Log file showing following erros.


An error occurred while relinking application programs.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : yes

Done relinking executables.


Error 1
Done with link of ad executable 'adadmin' on Mon Jul  8 12:10:31 IST 2013

Relink of module "adadmin" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid
