Cannot open the Oracle Application Home Page (HTML)

Hallo,

 

I cannot open the Oracle Application Home Page (HTML) for a Specific User. After I logged in  from the login page it directly Open the Forms (Inventory Module).

But it is possible to open the HTML pages from Forms Navigator.

 

Please help me to resolve this issue.

 

Apps - 12.0.6

Db - Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit

OS - Linux 5.4
