Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to configure estimated items and services repar charges

Hi,

We had a business scenario, that when defective item received from customer, Before to go for repair we need to

estimate the new parts required, service and other charges if required.

This estimate we need to prepare thruogh system and send it to customer.

Once approved, then only we can repair and give replacement.

How to configure such scenario. Please guide.
