Cycle count entries and adjustments report showing different results for past date range

 HI All,
When I run Cycle count entries and adjustments report for date range for a Closed period in the past say last month, it gives me different output everyday along with different count of items.

Ex. If I run the report for date range of say 1 APR to 30 APR on 7, 8 , 9 of May, the results are different for each of the day.

The Total Counts, Other Counts, Total Cycle Counts, etc, all are showing different.               

Is this the Standard Functionality or some bug in report.

I am running this report on 11.5.10.2 version.
