M9000 XSCFU_B#0 was faulted replacefru of the faulty part failed because of a configuration error

M9000 XSCFU_B#0   was faulty upon replacement  following hot replacement procedures the new part(replacement part ) did not complete and changed to maintenance statusI cant find the configuration problem replacefru is complaining about, below is the sequence of action,:-
