Error rasied while updating geography hierarchy

Hi,

Error raised while trying to update geography from geography hierarchy .

Navigation : trading community -->Administration-->Geography Hierarchy:Countries

Error:

The selected country is inactive, but you can continue to create and update data for this country.
Please review the attached screen shot.
Please let me how to activate this country.
