Incorrect Item revision

Hi,
We have one item in our system on which we have incorrectly given the revision number as 01' now we want to change it to 01 but when we are trying to do it through an ECO we are getting an error that the item revision should be greater than the current revision.

Can anyone please guide me as to how we can change the item revision to 01.
