GL invalids after upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 & database from 10g to 11.2.0.3.0

We have recently Upgraded And migrated the EBS from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3  & database from 10g to 11.2.0.3.0 Migrated from windows to Solaris 11
We compiled from adadmin and also ran utlrp.sql  but still showing same figure.
