active database cloning from standby database completes successfully but all datafiles are not copie

I am cloning a standby database  using active database cloning option. The new database will be a dev database. The database version is 11.2.0.3 . The log apply on standby database is done manually through script. When I clone the database using active database cloning it does not list all databas files of target while creating auxiliary. It successfully completes cloning and many datafile are in offline state on the new dev database.

Please advise what could be the issue. I have not used any convert parameter and have used db_create_file_dest parameter only.
