Tools Reprint default values no longer populate

Our users are report that on tools; reprint their default values no longer populate - specifically default printer and default print style.  I have an older test instance (from April) where I have confirmed that these values did indeed populate themselves upon the Tools Reprint option.  I am specifically hearing the issue with FSG Reports (not using Report Manager; just financial reports through Oracle).  I assume we have changed some setup but I have not been able to find the culprit as of yet.  Please let me know of any suggestions.

FYI - Printer is set on user's profile as is the Concurrent Request copies (set to 1). This was consistent in our Production instance as well as the older test instance in which our defaults populated.
