EBS Refresh apps tier step

We are using EBS version 12.1.3 and database version 11.2.0.3

I understand that when doing cloning from production to test instance I need to do lots of steps.

However, what about database refresh? I just did a database refresh from production to test. I have restored and recovered the database. I know I still have to run adautocfg.sh on the database tier.

But what kind of step do I need to do on the apps tier? Do I need to run perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier on the apps tier the same as doing a clone?

Or, is there some other step I need to do for the apps tier? Gurus, please advise.
