File System Manager Component getting hung

 Hi ,
We are facing one strange behaviour with our siebel application. Users complained that they were not able to open any attachments. On investigation, We found that FSM Component was reached to its max tasks and failed to accomodate any new requests. All tasks were in hung state. Restarting FSM Component resolved the issue.

Any idea how we can track this issue (as no satisfactory logs were generated) or any tool which will alert us when the any component reaches near to Max tasks ?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
