Install Base Details

 Hi,
I am new to Order Management. 

The client has implemented Installed Base & order Management aprat from Financials, inventory & discrete mfg and is on R12.1.3

I would like to know whether we can view details of Item instances like installed date, warranty start date, etc in Order Management. I read in user guide of install base that you can query these details from Order Line - Actions - Item Instance Query Window.

But this tab is no where to be seen. How do we query this window?
