Internal Requisition Import "This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window"

All,I need some help in diagnosing this error.

Attempting to load internal requisitions into the PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE table and am receiving the following error:
   "This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window. Please enter a list price greater than zero (0) in the item master."

I have verified the item:
-  has a list price set on the master, source and destination inventory org's
-  is on the intercompany price list.
-  is internal orderable in source and destination inventory orgs
-  has a frozen cost in source and destination inventory orgs

I have also verified the shipping network setups.
