APP-PO-14142: INSERT_ROW-015: ORA-28115 policy with check option violation - While Saving a PO

Hi All,

We are in R12.1.3.

While creating a standard PO and saving it, the error is coming up as -

APP-PO-14142: INSERT_ROW-015: ORA-28115 policy with check option violation

I am not sure, what could be the cause and how to fix it

Can anyone help me please?
