Cannot access Invoice Details through the sales order form

Hi all,
I'm trying to give one of my users the ability to view invoice details by clicking on the 'Invoice Details' button on the Additional Order Information form (OEXOEORD). However, i'm getting an error saying 'Fucntion not available. Contact your Sys Admin.

I'm aware that i need to enable a function for this menu. Can someone tell me what the Submenu and the function is for this?
