FROM_RFQ_NUM in PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE Table

All,
I'm exploring PDOI to send Quotation from a 3rd party application.  To send quotation we want to give the reference of RFQ as well.  As per Oracle etrm, the description for FROM_RFQ_NUM is 'Needed for 832 EDI transaction'.  May I know what is 832 EDI transaction? Appreciate your response.
