ONE VIEW toolbar option does not appear

 Hello,
I am using JDE 9.1 StandAlone with tools 9.1.3.2. All install is clear but one view toolbar icon does not appear after setting option in P958974

I do not see the button of OVR

i set P958974 to *PUBLIC with JDE_DESIGNSHAREONEVIEW

Is it a bug ? Cause i do not have this error with JDE 9.1 StandAlone tools 9.1.3.1

Which log should i look for ?
