Repeat Header on all pages except first page

Hi Gurus,

I have one requirement in XML rtf. I need to display Logo in the template and all customer info in first page.

From second page onwards logo and with two customer details only. Here one more thing is that I need to display line information, in case lines are more then it will stretch to other successive pages.

In that case my line table and header need to repeat on all those pages. 

I thought of managing that with 'table properties' but it is not repeating on third page onwards when I have multiple lines.

Here one more thing i need to highlight is that same template is being run for other different languages. So I thought to maintain to difficult in header and footer in this case. Since langauge variable will be different.
