Will Database upgrade affects Customazations and Personalizations in Oracleapps

Hi Gurus,

We are planning to upgrade our Database .Our EBS apps version is 12.1.3. In our production we have lots of customizations for different approval process and also there are form and function personalizations as well.

My concern is whether the database upgrade will have impact on this client created customizations and Personalizations?
