Error while applying patch 6863618

Hi Team,

Customer followed Metalink 290807.1, and applied the patch 6863618. During applying the patch, there were some failure error in logfile:

You can be notified by email if a failure occurs.
  compiling jsps... 53% complete: 6644/12356 [failed: 10] ETA: 8m47s
  compiling jsps... 75% complete: 9278/12356 [failed: 10] ETA: 5m3s
  compiling jsps...12356/12356 [failed: 10] in 19m22s

Could you please check what is the problem? And any impact to the service?
