Approval Process assistance

Hi Team,

I require the urgent assistance from you in the Order Management responsibility. Would like to brief you that initially I have created the Order in Services module under the charges tab with "Draft" status and submitted from there to take that into Order Management.

Now as I am following the negotiation process so it comes as "Quote" in OM. Now, from here I need assistance an assistance that how I sent the same for approval and received the response from approver so that I changed the status to "Entered" and then "Booked" 

I followed the Article id 293884.1 however I am unable to see the workflow  notifications going out/going in. Moreover, I configured the Order type and Line type also.
