Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Some time, when Win2008 server is rebooted, the Oracle Instance doesn't startup automatically, and we need to start it up via SQLPLUS manually.

What can be the problem ? How to prevent or solve the problem ?
