Value if Null replacement

Hi guys...
Quick question.

Is there a way to select a field in the structure tab where a value from another field is empty?

For example; I have a field called FECHA_INCIDENTE. This is a date field. I have another field that is called FECHA_CREACION_SISTEMA that is also a date field.

Is there a way to use FECHA_CREACION_SISTEMA when FECHA_INCIDENTE has a null value?

I'm upload a photo for you too see my structure.
