while applying patch 13418800 on e-business 12.1.3
I encountered the following situation

The two filenames mentioned below were working for more than 18 hours

     2  Run       Generic R120       BENUAAUD.rdf                Runningfinally I had to use
adctrl 3 quit, adctrl 5 manager acknowledges quit
adctrl 4 manager worker failed jobis there a better solution ?
