Need Latest patch detail for EBSR12 application

Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

We have installed EBS R12 (12.1.3) using the latest template downloaded from e-delivery.com.When we query the AD_APPLIED_PATCHES table,
we found that the last patch update has been 31-jan-2011.
Please find the attached report  for the patch set level of our instance.Please help in updating the patch level till date.
