Record Type in Search eventhough not set in Role

Hello All from rainy VA.  I just noticed that in my Action Bar Layout under the Search feature there are record types showing that should not be.  I have unchecked All records types in the

Record Type access section of the user Role but there are still records showing in Search option.(User & Product)  I though that record access was assigned here.  There is no Book of Business assigned to this user.

Where else should I be looking?
