Content zones and stores for multiple operating units

Hi,
I am new to iprocurement. Just would like to have your opinions on the below requirement.

We have installed oracle internet procurement module in our system which is currently being used by one operating unit. We have multiple stores, content zones and non-catalog requests defined and used by this OU.

We are implementing a new operating unit for procurement. we are looking at an option of reusing the existing stores, content zones and non-catalog requests instead of defining new ones which might result in some duplication and more maintenance.

Note: Our clinet wants to use the same item categories for the new OU.
